Training

We provide training for senior leaders transforming social systems across the public sector and civil society organisations to develop their systems literacy and practice. Our training is hands-on and practical as well as being grounded in systems theory. You are guided through a process of setting up a systemic inquiry into a messy problem you are working on.

The programme includes practical exercises, demonstrations and practical application of systems tools alongside supportive feedback to support participants to develop their systems leadership practices. This ensures that not only will you be able to apply your learning immediately, you will also gather tools and processes that can be transferred to other complex situations in the longer term. The group space also offers the opportunity for shared learning, small group discussion, critical reflection, and journaling.
