Systemic coaching

Creating a space for reflexive practice supports sense-making in real-time. Traditional learning processes can be abstracted from real-world complexity. Taking time out to think is often hard when so many pressing issues demand attention. The greatest leverage point for effective intervention, however, can come when we slow down and take pause. When we can hear what we think and express it either verbally, or physically, we have the potential to be able to shift the ground beneath us in more powerful ways. Systemic coaching is a process of accompanying senior leaders on a journey of exploration over time to surface an embodied wisdom to guide decision-making and practice. Coaching also supports embedding desirable changes agreed during training in practice.

Coaching can take place in person or online, and works well for individuals and small groups.
