Systems Being brings together systems thinking and embodied intelligence to work on complex and social problems. We provide bespoke online or in-person facilitation, training, coaching and evaluation for senior leaders and organisations working towards social transformation.
Systems thinking focuses on processes rather than structures within systems. We look to relationships, interconnections and critical boundaries, rather than structures and individual components, to locate leverage points for deep transformative change.
Embodied intelligence is about how we engage with those processes and harness collective group wisdom to create the conditions for change from the inside-out.
